In the turmoil of health situation around the globe that affected social and economy atmosphere, AP | Higher Performance as Indonesian company has also challenged itself to give the right and proper direction in order to measure and secure the benefits of the Clients & Partners, the safety of the Employees and the sustainability of the business in the building sector.

After World Health Organisation, the President of Indonesia and the Governor of Jakarta stated the official announcement of the current condition and recommendation, we immediately gather our Board of Directors & Board of Managers in order to produce quick and precise Policies, Protocols and Procedures (3Ps) since Day-1.

We invited local health official of Puskesmas Kalibata 1 to give directors, managers, leaders and staffs all the factual, accurate and necessary informations to prevent and anticipate any symptoms of COVID-19. We also invite young medical-enthusiast to share the knowledge of Disease Defenses, about how human immunity system works against the virus.

The first week of the implementation of the 3Ps were then been evaluated thoroughly for a major-shift, from "50:50 WFH Policy" portion to "Total 100% WFH Policy" based on the most updated news. Ever since we have been implemented Google Hangouts sessions for AP Telecon Program.
